Nathalie Lameyre
President
Nathalie Lameyre spent 11 years with the BNP Paribas banking group, where she held various positions. She has chaired EOS France since 1998. Nathalie Lameyre is a graduate of ESSEC. She was President of FIGEC (Fédération Nationale de l'Information d'Entreprise, de la Gestion de Créances et de l'enquête civile) for 11 years, before becoming its Honorary President.

Managing Director
Matthieu Delavenne helped set up Credirec, the Group's first company in France, in 1993. Managing Director of EOS France since 1995, he has been involved in every major stage of the company's development.

Our quality approach
Our approach to debt collection has naturally led us to commit to a service certification process. EOS France is committed to the Human For Client (HFC) label, and also holds Qualicert service certification for its amicable and judiciary debt collection activities at its Wasquehal site.
The HFC label
The aim of the “Human For Client” (HFC) label is to recognize and distinguish companies that respect a code of good social conduct in their customer relations, in terms of HR management, social dialogue, societal commitment, commercial practices, respect for the environment and mode of governance. It is awarded for a period of 3 years by a joint committee based on the conclusions of an audit carried out by the INRC (Institut National de la Relation Client).
In 2023, all EOS France sites obtained the renewal of their HFC label, valid until 2026.

QUALICERT service certification is recognition by an independent third-party organization of our commitment to providing our customers with quality services, meeting the characteristics defined in a set of standards that reflect 39 strong commitments. These service commitments are drawn up in consultation with the public authorities, our customers and our professional representatives.

Gender equality in the workplace index
98/100 is the gender equality index obtained by EOS France in 2025 for the year 2024. The Professional Equality Index enables companies to measure the pay gap between men and women. The Index is a score out of 100 points, calculated each year on the basis of 4 or 5 indicators, depending on the size of the company.

Regulations and ethics
Third-party debt collection
EOS France complies with the obligations set out in articles R124-1 to R124-7 of the French Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, applicable to third-party debt collection companies:
- Declaration to the Public Prosecutor
- Appropriate professional liability insurance coverage
- Bank accounts exclusively dedicated to receiving funds collected on behalf of creditors
- Systematic dispatch of an initial information letter, including the compulsory details specified in the French Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, and those relating to Data Protection regulations
- Send a final statement of account
- Prohibition on charging debtors any fees other than those provided for by law.
Purchase of receivables
EOS France is approved as a Credit Manager for the collection of receivables falling within the scope of the European Directive of November 24, 2021, transposed into French law by the Ordinance of December 6, 2023 and its implementing decree of December 20, 2023.

As such, EOS France complies with the following obligations, among others:
- Systematic dispatch of an initial information letter including the compulsory details specified in the French Monetary and Financial Code and those relating to the French Data Protection Act (Informatique et Libertés)
- Hive-off account exclusively dedicated to the receipt of funds collected on behalf of loan buyers
- Systematic transmission of an acknowledgement of receipt for all payments
- Compliance with the obligations relating to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism set out in the French Monetary and Financial Code
- Implementation of a transparent and free complaints handling system
Civil investigations
Employees working in the field of missing debtor searches are accredited as Civil Investigators - “ARP” - by the Conseil National des Activités de Sécurité Privée, under the supervision of the French Ministry of the Interior. Regulated by Book VI (Titles II and III) of the French Internal Security Code.
