  • Your creditor will have certainly sent you several reminders. Perhaps you did not receive these because you omitted to advise them by registered post of your change of address. You may have received the reminders without paying any attention to them, your current situation may explain that.

  • Our aim is to find the best solution for each situation. We know that it can sometimes be difficult to pay the entire debt immediately and we are open to your suggestions. We try to find an amicable solutions that take account of your individual situation as well as the needs of our client, to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. For this reason, we analyse all options to settle the debt and we offer you personalised payment solutions. You can naturally rest assured that your consumer information and any information you provide us with is always strictly confidential.

  • We send you a reminder because your balance is always a debtor balance with your creditor. As regards civil liabilities, as long as a balance remains in default, the debt remains due.

  • To do nothing is the worst thing you could do. If you are convinced that you do not need to do anything, please advise us and we will deal with your complaint. If you are aware of your debt but are not in a position to pay it, please contact us. We will work with you to find an amicable solution. If you do not respond, you run the risk of being sent further reminders by other means, which will incur more cost to you.

  • Our employees’ actions are amicable. At this stage, the physical file remains in our archives and it is not necessary to remove it from here, as our objective is not to initiate or resume legal proceedings against you, but rather to work with you to find an amicable solution.

    If your creditor has assigned your debt to us, it is because your account balance remains in default. We would recommend that you address this situation by setting up a method of settlement. It is up to you to decide if you wish to take advantage of this amicable settlement opportunity to ultimately resolve this situation.
